Presenter Bios
Stephen F. Anderson, President of Anderson-davis, Inc., with over 32 years of expertise, is an innovator in the design and delivery of effective sexual harassment, investigation and respectful workplace training programs. Since 1984 Stephen has been retained as an expert witness in sexual harassment and sex discrimination court cases. Mr. Anderson's customized sexual harassment training/consulting has assisted employers heal workplaces and meet conditions of sexual harassment class action lawsuits. Stephen's training has also been featured on 20/20, Oprah, and Japanese national television. His Respect vs. Harassment media-based training program was the winner of the 'Top Ten Training Product,' presented by HR Executive magazine.

Jo Anne Frankfurt, who served for over 12 years as an Administrative Law Judge for the California Fair Employment and Housing Commission (FEHC), left in August 2006 to engage in a training and mediation private practice. While at the FEHC, Judge Frankfurt adjudicated and mediated employment discrimination cases, including complex sexual harassment cases. Judge Frankfurt, who has extensive knowledge of the Fair Employment and Housing Act, also drafted regulations and legislation sponsored by the FEHC. Prior to her work at the FEHC, Judge Frankfurt litigated employment discrimination cases for over 13 years in the state and federal courts.

Carolyn Langenkamp is a noted civil rights attorney. She has practiced in the field of sexual harassment and sex discrimination since 1979. Carolyn has provided sexual harassment prevention training for managers, human resources representatives, and other lawyers for the past twenty years. Ms. Langenkamp is the 1989 recipient of the Eastern District federal court award for outstanding service to the federal bench. She sits as a temporary judge for the Sacramento County Superior Court. Carolyn conducts neutral work place investigations for employers and serves as an expert witness.
